Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you complete the Caregiver Survey or contact us, we collect the answers and contact details you choose to share, such as your name, email, phone number, and your experiences as a caregiver. The survey’s stress self-check is optional.
How it is used
Your information is used only to follow up with you, to understand how to better support caregivers, and to plan services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for advertising.
Who can see it
Survey responses are stored in a private Google Sheet in Shirley’s Google account and emailed to Shirley. Only Shirley Ramey, LPN and her website administrator can access them.
Services we use
This website is hosted by Vercel, which may keep basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type in its server logs. Survey responses are stored and emailed using Google (Google Sheets and Gmail). These companies handle your information under their own privacy policies and do not use it for our advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your survey responses and messages for as long as they help us support you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing icarewellbeing@gmail.com or calling (619) 417-0321. If you ask us to delete it, we remove it from the survey sheet and our email.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. Because we don’t track visitors, there is nothing for a browser “Do Not Track” signal to turn off.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
Not medical care
I Care Ohana Well Being offers wellness support for caregivers and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911 in an emergency.
